The smoke cleared just in time for these two high school sweethearts big day! The timing couldn’t have been more perfect.
I had the pleasure of getting to know Cole through work, he is an extremely kind hearted and soft spoken individual. I always looked forward to working with him, mostly for his taste in music, but he made working fun!
It was not difficult to find smiles to photograph during this wedding, everyone was full of laughter and happiness throughout the day. I had a guest ask me during dinner if I ever pose the couples during their portraits, which made me realize I had guided every single image! During our sunset session I gave them a moment to embrace however they liked, and after them standing awkwardly a few feet apart staring at each other, they turned and screamed “No! We need you to pose us!”
We managed to run away from the reception for a quick sunset session! After they struggled to cut their donut cake we left the guests with lots of donuts to devour while we grabbed these beautiful photos. Apparently a stack of donuts is harder to cut than one would think!
Pictured here is the Man of Honour and the Best Man. I only made the mistake of calling Tony the “Man of Maid” once, which actually sounds pretty manly when you say it out loud, but I was quickly corrected haha! Cole, Jocelyn, and all of their wedding party were a blast to photograph dancing!
